Ideal for a major disaster mobile facility where there is a need need to consolidate staff into a concentrated work area. The trailer office can also be used as a production office for major entertainment events, or movie location shoots. There are 7 individual work stations with lighting, electrical outlets, landline and wireless phone access, a lounge with microwave, refrigerator, and an eating area. There is also a private bathroom with a toilet and shower.
255 sq feet of work space and 7 individual work stations. This is a new custom built interior that has not been used. tile flooring, two TV monitors, audio/visual system with in-motion satellite.
Three ton heating and air conditioning system provides year round comfort inside the trailer. There is a 50 amp breaker box and shoreline available to receive external power. Also a 40k generator if shore power is not available
